What is tracked

Funding rounds raised by data and AI companies: AI models, AI apps and agents, AI infrastructure, data infrastructure, databases, analytics, developer tools, security and robotics. Not acquisitions, IPOs, grants or funds raising funds.

Where each round comes from

The company announcement, an investor, an SEC Form D filing or a first-tier news outlet. Every round links to its source.

Amounts and valuations

In US dollars, with the announced currency alongside when it was not dollars. Only disclosed amounts; a valuation only when one was reported for that round. Never estimated.

How it stays current

An agent reads funding news feeds and SEC Form D filings every weekday at 07:45 UTC. What it finds is published marked Unverified until a person checks it against the source.

Corrections

Every round and company page has a Suggest a correction link. Suggestions go to a person, who checks them against a source before anything changes.
